Bhakti Yoga is also known as the Yoga of the voice or the Yoga of Devotion.

Chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention.

It is possible that, regardless of the tradition or belief system involved in the chanting practice, chanting may have a physiological and psychological effect no matter what you are chanting. If people are genuinely interested in the practice,
chanting can bring a range of psychological and cognitive benefits,

The power of the voice is an undeniable force that can inspire, motivate, and transform lives.
Our voices matter as much as our words matter. They have the power to awaken the senses and lead others to act, close deals, or land us successful job interviews.
There is a process that enables us to open up to our healing through the vehicle of singing and using sound.
In many spiritual traditions sound can facilitate the passage between states of consciousness and lead us to Meditation.
In the Bhakti Yoga tradition, the voice is considered to be a gatekeeper. It's what opens the door to the connection with your spirit or higher self.
Your throat chakra (Vishudda) is connected to communication and speaking your inner truth.
When your throat chakra is off-balance or blocked, you may experience negative symptoms related to communication and self-expression.
You might feel sore throat; Hoarseness; Thyroid issues; Jaw tension; Neck pain, mouth ulcers, ears issues.
